Frequently Asked Questions
I recently placed an order. When can I expect for it to be shipped ?
First, thank you for supporting my art practice! It’s important to me that I have time to be fully present in the making, packing, and shipping of your orders. Orders made between Oct. 23-Dec. 1st won’t be shipped until after my residency in France. I will give a timeframe of when to expect your order to ship after I return. Normally, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped. Processing times will vary. Tracking information will be sent to your provided email once your order is packed and the label is printed. I appreciate your patience and understanding.
As a valued collector and customer, I want you to know that your orders mean the world to me. You can also email me at rovettadesignco@gmail.com with any questions or concerns. I don’t answer DMs/emails about orders on weekends (Friday night-Sunday night) so please wait until Monday for me to respond if you have an inquiry.
How can I buy your artwork?
You may shop available artwork here on my website! I accept:
Credit/debit card
Venmo & Paypal
Do you offer prints?
Yes I do! You can order my digital works as art prints and other goods through my Society6 shop. I earn 10% of every purchase made there. Please be aware when shopping that all items on Society6 are shipped by their team and not by me. I do not have access to or control over orders, discrepancies, or unfortunate damage. Contact Society6’s customer service department if there are any issues they can help you with.
That being said, I have personally ordered two prints and I’m happy with the quality so you can rest assured knowing that I approve.
How do you ship paintings on canvas?
Canvas larger than 11x14 will be taken off the frame and rolled carefully in a tube for re-stretching on your own or by a framing shop. Here are some resources I found on re-stretching canvas. You can also display the work in a custom frame, no restretching is required! Email me if you have questions, I’m happy to help :)
Do you offer refunds?
All purchases made on Dee Rovetta Art are nonrefundable and final sale — this includes, paper/canvas artworks, and any other products I make in the future. My work is handmade and reflects that in its uniqueness. Marks, fingerprints, and dust on polymer clay pieces are expected and part of the process. While I take great precaution and care into making sure your purchase leaves my hands as protected as possible, I am not held responsible for any damage once the product is shipped. Please contact me via email as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.
